After gaining almost 50 pounds while pregnant with my son, I didnt think I would ever see a size 6 again. I worked out occasionally, but didnt really have a program to follow or know where to begin to lose the weight. About the time I really decided to do something about my appearance, someone told my husband about Jasons program and he began doing it. His program looked easy enough to follow and after a few weeks of seeing his results, I gave it a try. Jason developed a program that enabled me to lose the weight where I needed to and quickly. Seeing the results happen so fast gave me the motivation I needed to continue. I cant tell you how exciting it was to put on pants that I thought I would never fit into again! Now I have the body and the confidence to fulfill one of my life-long dreams trying out to be a cheerleader for an NFL team. Deena is truly a pleasure to work with as a trainer. She is extremely professional, timely and committed to meeting the needs of her clients. I came to her several months pregnant, which would usually be challenging for a new client/trainer relationship, and she has been excellent. She is able to focus on the areas that I care about most, is sensitive to my needs and has an encouraging manner. She is very good at pushing you to your best level, while careful not to overdue what one’s capacity might be. She is also very accommodating schedule-wise. Even though I’ve played sports most of my life, I’ve never been someone who enjoys working out just to work out. But Barry’s personal training style, not to mention the results, have kept me coming back for over a year. Working out has never been something that was enjoyable for me but working out with Barry is like hanging out at the gym with a friend, except you actually get a workout, don’t get me wrong, the working out portion of the program is painful, but he definitely makes the trip worthwhile and I always have a great time hanging out with him. He’s like that one friend who just won’t let you get away with anything, no matter how much you complain. He knows that we are there for a purpose and he makes sure that you work towards those goals. At times I’ve wanted to kill him because I’m in so much pain but the end result is totally worth it. I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Brandon Lee who is a professional and dedicated personal trainer. Prior to training with Brandon, I was training with another trainer who was moving and no longer able to train me. I asked the trainer of all the trainers in the gym who should I look at, without hesitation the trainer pointed to Brandon and said… “Brandon, he’s solid from head to toe.” That was in 2008, it’s been three years and I haven’t regretted one workout with Brandon.
Brandon has great knowledge of body mechanics, muscle function and is capable of determining the individual abilities of his clients.
His pleasant and positive attitude is a great asset to his willingness to work with his clients at their own levels. He instills confidence and encouragement to make you want to work further and apply yourself more diligently.
His workout routines are interesting and constantly changed to challenge different muscle groups. Balance and core strength are emphasized with special attention paid to proper technique to prevent any workout related injuries. He is also very good at designing workout routines that address weaknesses. These indescribable workouts are matched by a wonderful sense of humor, and his vigorous drive is inspirational.

I watched Brandon for a number of months before I hired him. He was one of the very few trainers at my gym that appeared to know what he was doing, and he took the time to interact well with his trainees. The other trainers seemed to always be on their phones or talking to third parties.
It was a smart move on my part. Brandon is the first trainer I have used (and I have used a few), who has gotten substantial results without killing me. In four months I have gone from 226 to 204 pounds, and I do NOT feel pushed beyond my abilities. I am not in pain after a session. And I am 60 years old.
Brandon is also very knowledgeable about movement, stretching, flexibility, nutrition and diet.
