8 WEEKS 24 sessions $100 / session
6 WEEKS 18 sessions $110 / session

Applies to at home or outdoor sessions and all gym and personal training studio locations. All packages are prepaid.  Some outlying areas will require a travel fee for in home sessions. Trainers will wear masks and follow current safety protocols.

SEMIPRIVATE TRAINING WITH JASON’S TEAM TRAINERS*

16 WEEKS 48 sessions $70 / session
8 WEEKS 24 sessions $75 / session
6 WEEKS 18 sessions $80 / session
4 WEEKS 12 sessions $85 / session
2 WEEK JUMP START 6 sessions $95 / session
     

* Semiprivate training is more than 1 clients per session.  At least 2 clients must sign up and train together for the semiprivate rate.  Rates are per person.  Applies to at home or outdoor training.   Available at limited times in Brentwood gym only.

 Standard personal training format is 3 days per week but you can opt to more or fewer per week.

Accelerate any package: 4-6 days per week for even more rapid results. – Not for everyone.

A free trial session is available to qualified applicants in most locations whether at home or gym based.
