Ann: I started with sports at a very young age but I got hooked on rhythmic gymnastics. Pretty soon after I started, I competed in national and international competitions for 15 years, winning prizes, awards and loving every minute of it.
I got into weight training about 12 years ago but I could say I really stepped it up around 2005 when I entered my first fitness competition: Miss Bikini America where I placed top 10 and not too long after placing top 5 at Miss Bikini Universe. These were very proud moments that got me into wanting more and bettering myself so I started competing in the NPC Federation. Winning the NPC competitions got me my Pro card and took me to the next level, Professional level :IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding). I can proudly call myself an IFBB Bikini Pro.
While doing all these competitions and training hard to achieve my personal goals, I had the opportunity to be featured in numerous fitness magazines like : Flex, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Planet Muscle, American Curves, Glutes Magazine. Reps Magazine and more.
The feedback that I received from all the people appreciating a hard body and all the hard work , discipline, perseverance and dedication you need in achieving a goal, made me want even more, to start helping others, to share my knowledge, my passion and my experience that I have accumulated in so many years.
