I’m Jason Kozma, Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist and former Mr. America. I have over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness coach along with hundreds of client testimonials and before and after photos. The only thing missing is YOUR before and after photo. My team of High Performance Personal Trainers and I will work with you to establish your health and fitness goals. We’ll create a personalized nutrition program for you to help you build lean muscle, lose fat and get your metabolism on track. We’ll develop a workout plan to focus on your goal weight and physique, be it lean and toned, better muscle definition, sports conditioning or just looking and feeling fit.
