Working with Jason and his trainers has been the single best thing I have done for myself in the past 5 years. Not only have I lost 20 pounds, but I can now walk into any gym and (1) feel comfortable moving through my workout, even when crowded and (2) I know multiple sets of exercises I can do for each muscle group. This was not just an 8-week workout/ diet program - it was a lifestyle learning experience that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. It is also a blast! High Performance Personal Training has an easy going vibe. It is dog-friendly in that you can leave your well behaved dog near the front inside entrance if they do well on their own and with other dogs. There's a juice/snack bar. Towel service comes with membership. Bikes can be locked and stored inside the gym near the entrance. Recently installed, a 7x water purifier that is free to everyone. There are no more Spinning Classes however as those just weren't well attended and they needed to better utilize the space. Hope these tips help you find your go-to spot!

Jason Kozma is without question the best personal trainer in the field. He will create a custom plan to meet your fitness goals, you will follow his plan, and you will achieve great results. I have trained with Jason on and off for 10+ years. I never work or push myself as hard on my own vs. when I work out with him. He pushes me to get a great workout in. I also like the dietary support and think the email follow up are part of a great package from Jason.
