COVID-19 Update: The health and safety of our clients and trainers is our top priority. Read our full update here

Our home base gym is open for indoor training and is located on the border of Brentwood and Santa Monica on Wilshire Blvd.

Other team trainer gym locations include Santa Monica, Venice, Marina del Rey, Beverlywood, Rolling Hills, Hawthorne, Pasadena, North Hollywood, Woodland Hills and Van Nuys.  Many gyms and training studios did not survive the shutdowns and so our gym training locations have changed.

We of course also provide at home / outdoor training.  Team trainers will are of course washing hands and cleaning equipment consistently. High Performance Team trainers can provide training in your home, your yard, perhaps a nearby park. Trainers can bring portable fitness equipment like suspension trainers, bands, light dumbbells and similar items.  You don’t need a home gym to train with us but the more equipment you have, the better.  If you like we can advise you on how to create or expand your home gym for maximum utility at minimum possible cost and space.

At home personal training (outside preferred if possible) will be continue to be available whether all gyms are open / available or not.

Virtual Personal Training FAQs:

What is Virtual Personal Training?

A 30 or 60 minute session with Jason via Zoom or FaceTime coaching you through your workout using whatever equipment you have available.

Does it include a nutritional plan?

Yes.  Any package of 24 or more virtual sessions includes a custom designed nutritional plan, just like an in person or online training client receives.

How many virtual sessions should I do per week?

It’s up to you.  You can do the standard 3 or more per week or choose to do fewer.  I’ll give you workouts to do on your own if you opt for less than 3.

If weight loss is part of your goals you will also be assigned cardio to do in addition to the resistance  / weight training.

What happens if I have virtual sessions left when things go back to normal?

Stay on as a virtual client or we can transfer the remaining credit to equal value in personal training sessions or other services whether in home or at the gym.

What can I do to help prevent the spread of coronavirus?

We encourage clients to follow the CDC advice to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus:

  • Wear a mask when near people outside your household
  • Wash hands frequently, for at least 20 seconds
  • Make full use of soap, hand sanitizers and other cleaning products
  • Cover your mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, then dispose of the tissue immediately
  • Familiarize yourself with the latest guidance from your health authority
  • Follow our government’s advice for travelers if returning from, or planning to travel to, a country with known cases of COVID-19 in its population

What can I do to stay healthy during the coronavirus outbreak? We have exercise plans that you can follow if forced to self isolate. Keeping up your exercise routine and maintaining a healthful diet will support a healthy immune system. Outside of regular hand washing and avoiding group gatherings, both large and small, we recommend continuing with the sensible foundations of all good health:

  • Walking outdoors daily
  • Maintaining good, healthy sleep
  • Avoiding processed food and alcohol
  • Exercising sensibly
  • Minimizing stress
