Working with Jason and his trainers has been the single best thing I have done for myself in the past 5 years. Not only have I lost 20 pounds, but I can now walk into any gym and (1) feel comfortable moving through my workout, even when crowded and (2) I know multiple sets of exercises I can do for each muscle group. This was not just an 8-week workout/ diet program - it was a lifestyle learning experience that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. It is also a blast! I HIGHLY recommend Jason and his team to anyone who is looking to become savvy in the gym, just needs to get back on the horse, or someone who is looking to revamp their workout routines. This is a tailored, personalized approach that delivers results, no matter your level, period! Can't say enough. Thank you Jason!

Jason Kozma is without question the best personal trainer in the field. He will create a custom plan to meet your fitness goals, you will follow his plan, and you will achieve great results. I have continued to successfully follow the diet & fitness plan during the current safer at home period - so I have really appreciated what Jason has taught me. If you are looking for results, Jason is your guy.

I have trained with Jason on and off for 10+ years. I never work or push myself as hard on my own vs. when I work out with him. He pushes me to get a great workout in. I also like the dietary support and think the email follow up are part of a great package from Jason.

All I can say is that I've been working out my whole life and the program that Jason put me on has been absolutely amazing, I have seen more results as part of his nutritional plan and training than I ever have before. His training and team of trainers are the best there is. Best money I've ever spent! I look and feel the best I ever have! He's got it down! He'll do his part if your willing to do your part!

If you want to see fast results the right way, Jason is the man. The weight training was challenging and just what I needed to achieve lean muscle and to change my body. He has an eating plan that is simple and plenty of food. I've worked with a lot of trainers over the years and Jason is the best. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get healthy and lean without injury.
