Jason, I just want to thank you for all the help and guidance you gave me with my diet. I know I had some special needs, but your plan was easy to follow and definitely got me going in the right direction. I found out I was lactose intolerant because of you, and eliminating dairy has changed my life more than you know!! I still follow your eating plan, eating 5 meals a day, I been able to modify the carb / protein ratio to fit my special needs. I have kept the weight loss that I came to you to for and I am eating around 1500 calories a day!

Let me start by saying this picture is real -but thanks to Jason it is a thing of the past! We all create a perception of ourselves that becomes our reality. Well I knew I had a big ass but by no means did I ever envision it so grandiose. When my smoke and mirrors dissolved I knew it was time to do something about it. I found Jason through a random Google search and was amazed by his results. I knew that if anyone could whoop me into shape, it would be Jason. So.....now that I've been following Jason's diet and personal training with him, not only do I no longer have that ass but I have dropped 17 pounds, lost inches upon inches on my entire body, and most importantly, we have turned flab into lean muscle. "You need motivation to get anywhere, but you also need go in the right direction. It would be a full time job and take many years for you gather all of the information you need to get where you want to go. Jason is already there. With his encyclopedic knowledge of weightlifting he is able to create a unique workout each time. This knowledge also allows him to work around injuries, so that you don't lose momentum.
The right direction is not mindless muscle growth. As a champion body builder, Jason has an eye for symmetry. He customizes your workout to your needs, so you end up looking great all around, instead of like of an out of proportion cartoon character.
Your time is important. In one hour Jason hits the right muscles and drains the last bit of energy out of them, so that they grow really fast. The hour goes by really fast too, because Jason keeps the workout entertaining.
Exercise alone will only get you so far. The diet increases the efficiency of the workouts in terms of both muscle mass gain and fat loss. Jason's diet is the easiest diet I have ever been on, because I am never hungry. As a matter of fact, I'm eating more now than I was before I started. Just like the workouts, Jason customizes the diet to your needs. He continues monitor your diet and modifies it as your body changes.

Greg Gained 40lbs muscle!
No prior training experience. Current Bench press: 275 / Chins 20 / Squat 405 x 10 / Leg press 1200 x 10 / Deadlift 455
I had been training on my own for over three years before signing up with Jason. I had made some pretty good progress and I thought I knew a thing or two, but I had just stagnated for the last year without any real gains. Fearing that this was just my body's limit I started training with Jason four times a week. As it turns out, I really needed it. Almost everything I thought I knew was wrong and Jason is still helping me re-train, but the gains have been nothing short of amazing. Jason's personal training program puts together the complete package of diet and training. The two are absolutely inseparable (as I found out) and Jason doesn't just suggest a diet plan, it's a constant part of the training as he makes adjustments every week to find out what works best for your unique body and training goals. Beginning body weight 183.6 with 11.3% bodyfat, ending bodyweight 190 pounds with a decrease in bodyfat to 7.9%.
