Our Body Sculpting Boot Camp (30 minute) sessions are far more effective than any other trainer or gym's 60 minute sessions.

If you you want exceptional results while staying on a budget, Body Sculpting Boot Camp is for you!

Body Sculpting Boot Camp sessions: (half hour weights, half hour cardio)

33 week series (100 sessions three days per week) $35 per session

16 week series (48 sessions three days per week) $40 per session

8 week series (24 sessions three days per week) $45 per session

4 week series (12 sessions three days per week) $55 per session

Express sessions are only available in gym locations at limited times.

James Fitness Facilities and Locations - Irvine Boot CampThe Body Sculpting Boot Camp workouts are challenging so get ready to sweat. Each workout is made of 1/2 high intensity interval cardio, and a fast paced strength training routine for a different muscle group each day. The perfect formula for fat loss and muscle sculpting for proven results is strength training for 30 minutes using bands, free weights, machines, and your own body weight. It is followed by 30 minutes of intense fat melting cardio on a treadmill at different speeds and elevations.  Each workout is guided by Jason's best instructors and ends with a cool down stretch.  The results are quickly noticeable which makes our boot camp the most popular in the Santa Monica  area.
